Zoltán is a qualified attorney and an insider in business. Zoltán has a unique understanding of the way how business people think and what they exactly need from a law firm.

Zoltán contributes to the business development activities of the firm. At the same time he also participates in real-estate, bank finance and M&A transactional advisory work of the firm.

Although being a qualified attorney, Zoltán has spent most of his professional career as a businessman. After co-managing an investment fund and working as a strategic consultant, Zoltán co-owned and managed Hungarian companies with a total investment portfolio exceeding EUR 60 million, operating in several fields, including commercial real-estate, renewable energy, agriculture and logistics and financial services. His main responsibilities within the companies were strategic planning, finance, M&A and legal matters.

Besides his business activities, he has been a visiting lecturer of international law at the Miskolc Law School and has published articles in this field.

Zoltán has recently advised a client on the loan and other agreements for the development of another hydro-power plant in Hungary.
